Our connection to the infrastructure and workforce supply business began in Libya in the 1970s. With exposure to project delivery, expatriate mobilisation and the realities of working across emerging markets. This legacy shaped our understanding of people, culture and capability — principles that continue to underpin INYA’s approach today.
Across major infrastructure programmes we repeatedly observed the same challenge: projects were engineered with precision, yet the talent infrastructure behind them was fragmented, reactive or misaligned with delivery needs sure to talent shortages.
